Chasan Inc. was founded in July 1985 and started operations with four employees. The main activity of Chasan Inc. is the production of polyether-foam, mattresses of all kinds and pillows. We also supply a variety of products for the upholstery business locally.

In 1994 Chasan Inc. started a daughter company named "Sannen Slaapcomfort N.V.." This company's main activity is selling bedroom furniture and all associated products like linen, mattress protectors, bedspreads and curtains.

Today (2000) we have 14 employees and produce foam mattresses starting with density 16 to 40, American as well as European box springs, and also a wide range of innerspring mattresses in all sizes (all with five to a ten year guaranty).

Cutting process: The Foam blocks can be cut horizontally or vertically. The horizontal cutting machine can cut thickness ranging from 2mm to 160 mm.

Crushing process: This process is designed for flexible Polyurethane waste. The waste is again being used for foam pillows.
